Best way to use our site:
If you know the product code of the item you want, the best way to get the price and make up your basket is to enter the code in the "Search Site" box and then click "Search". The product will appear on your screen, if your happy with your selection and would like to proceed with either your order or your quotation, then simply click the Item and the product will appear again along with the price and more information about the item. Simply enter the quantity you require and click the "Add to Basket" box, your Basket total will then appear on the top right hand side of your screen. If you want to add further items, simply repeat the process and your Basket will be automatically totalled.
When you have finalised your selection, click "Review Your Basket", this will bring up a list along with photographs, specifications and quantities of the products you have selected, you can amend this as you like. When your happy click "Pay For Your Items" and follow the instructions on the screen.
If your unsure of the items you want, then it's better to seek help. Our sales desk is maned from 9am until 5.30 Monday - Friday and 9am until 12.30pm on Saturday, you will always find knowledgable and helpful people on hand to assist you, alternativly by clicking on "Useful Links" - you'll find this in the right hand menu under "Useful Information" - One more click brings up the Richard Burbidge website Homepage, scroll down to the bottom and you can get all the information you need by clicking either the "Stairplanner" or "Deckplanner" boxes.

For UK customers, your order will be processed as soon as it is received, Monday - Friday Goods will normally be despatched within 24 Hours directly from Richard Burbidge's Shropshire Factory.
We ask for a contact telephone number with your order, this is important should there be any problems with the carrier during delivery.
Goods will require a signiture on delivery, although we strongly advise you check your order when it arrives, we realise that it isn't always possible to open and check every item there and then. Therefore we ask that your order be checked at the earliest opportunity and any shortages or damage be reported within 24 hours. Any obvious damage to goods on arrival can be pointed out to the carrier and be rejected at that point. Replacements will usually be sent out straight away.
Check the delivery note for any items marked B/O, this means that Richard Burbidge were out of stock and will be automatically released once they are back in stock, this is normally within 7 days.
If there is likely to be any long term delay in delivery, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of it, you will then have the opportunity to cancel and have your money refunded without question.
